Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course structure 2019:
The time period of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course is of
3 years in which an individual has to complete 6
semesters. Till 5th semester, the theoretical and practical training is
held as per international standard and for 6th semester, the students have to
go for on the job training on
working aircrafts. 16 modules have to be completed by an individual student for
the duration of 3 years. A certificate of basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is given
after the completion of all 16 modules. Paper 4 should be cleared in the
peculiar area of competence to get the full license. Mechanical and Avionics are
the two streams of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
